#### 3. בסיס עיבוד חוקי / Legal Bases for Processing

* **אינטרס לגיטימי (Legitimate Interest):** מענה לפנייתך, ניהול קשרי לקוחות, ושיפור השירות.
* **הסכמה (Consent):** העברת כתובת דוא״ל/טלפון בצורת hash ל‑Google לשם *Enhanced Conversions*.

We will not rely on consent for any purpose that is not clearly explained and opt‑in.

#### 4. שימוש במידע וצדדים שלישיים / How We Use Data & Third Parties

1. **יצירת קשר וחזרה אליך** (contact & follow‑up).
2. **מדידת המרות משופרת (Enhanced Conversions)** – הנתונים מוצפנים (SHA‑256 hash) ונשלחים אל:
• Google Ads
• Google Tag Manager
3. **אחסון ועיבוד** אצל ספק אירוח מאובטח ו‑CRM שרתים .
4. **Analytics** (למשל Google Analytics 4) לקבלת סטטיסטיקות אגרגטיביות.

#### 5. תקופת שמירת מידע / Retention Period

נשמור את הנתונים עד **3 שנים** ממועד קבלת הליד או עד בקשת מחיקה — המוקדם מביניהם.
We retain personal data for **up to three (3) years** from collection or until a deletion request is honored, whichever comes first.

Some providers (Google) operate in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
